To give you an indication with regards to our competitive prices, we have inserted a table with indication prices. Since our system calculates the exact price based upon a number of personal requirements that you insert in our system, the table can be used as a rough guideline. The listed prices include shipping but exclude VAT/GST.

We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it for a refund. Read our Terms of Use for more information about our return policy.

C. How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?
Pix2paint.com verifies the dimensions of all images on our site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly.

D. Do you offer original hand painted art?
Yes we do. All our paintings are painted by hundreds of established and emerging artists, galleries and other institutions. New artists are joining every day.

E. What can we paint on a postcard for you?
The images that Pix2Paint can paint for you on an A5 postcard are limited since the space and size of the postcards is limited to 14.8 x 21 cm. Photos with a normal grade of detail can be painted on your postcard by our talented painters. Of course you can also order a hand-painted postcard from the standard selection of painted cards that Pix2Paint offers you.

Hereby we provide some guidelines with regards to uploaded images that can be painted:


a. Landscape and/or scenery images with one or two buildings on it
b. Abstract images
c. Vehicle images with one or two (large) vehicles on it
d. Images with one (large) animal on it
e. Portrait images with one (large) face on it
f. Images with one (large) person on it
g. Other large objects


The more small objects the uploaded image has, the less detail your postcard can have. The larger the object on your uploaded image, the better!

For high detailed photo paintings on postcards you can always send a special request to us via support@pix2paint.com. We will inform you accordingly about the options available.

F. Will the painting, which I order at Pix2paint.com, look exactly like the picture I upload or choose from the Pix2Paint Art Gallery?
The images in the Pix2Paint Art Gallery are photos of the hand made paintings that Pix2Paint can paint for you. All our paintings are made by professional and skilled painters, who take great care in delivering results, which are difficult to distinguish from the original. However, in contrast to photographs or computer-generated prints, all our artworks are painted by hand. Therefore slight differences will always be visible.

G. Do you supply what is needed to hang my framed print?
If you order a painting with an outer frame, everything you need to properly hang your frame is included with your purchase.

H. Do you have any retail locations?
No. We do not operate any retail locations. All of our services are provided through our web site and our central order processing facility. K. In what different form will my painting be delivered?
Your painting is painted on canvas, which is ideally suited for oil paintings. You can choose to have your painting delivered either rolled in a tube, stretched on a wooden (inner) frame, or stretched in combination with a beautiful outer frame.

L. Can I order my painting un-streched?
Yes. It is your choice if you would like Pix2Paint to stretch your painting or if you would like to order an un-stretched painting. If you order an un-stretched painting, we roll the canvas painting and ship it to you in a strong tube. During the online order process you can indicate if you like us to stretch your painting or not.

M. Can I order my painting framed?
Yes. Pix2Paint has a selection of wooden frames to complement your painting. After having uploaded your picture or made a choice from the Pix2Paint Art Gallery, you have the option of selecting a frame. The tool which appears also gives you the option of selecting a background wall color, enabling you to get a good picture of what your framed painting will look like on your own wall.

D. Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Yes. After placement, your order will be automatically allocated to one of our painters so we can process the order as fast as possible. Cancellation within two hours after placement is possible, however we charge half the price of your order in order to cover the administrative cost involved.

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Pix2paint ships with a variety of carriers to provide the best service and lowest cost for our customers.

C. What happens if only a portion of my order is available for immediate shipment?
At your request, we will ship separately the in-stock items on your order while waiting to restock any temporarily out of stock items. This will not affect your shipping charges. You must specifically request this by contacting our Customer Service Team via support@pix2paint.com.

D. How are paintings packaged and what kind of container is used?
The majority of our unframed are rolled and shipped in a reinforced tube tested for strength and stability. Smaller items are shipped flat in sturdy rectangular packaging. All items are padded with paper packaging materials.

Framed items are securely packaged in a sturdy box with fitted inserts to prevent shaking and damage.

F. How do I ship my items somewhere other than to my billing address?
During the online order process, you are provided the option to enter a shipping address that is different than the billing address.

G. Is my package insured?
Pix2paint.com guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund, an exchange or a replacement for purchased items, which is damaged during shipping. H. How do I know that my item has shipped?
When your order ships, we will email you a notification email. If tracking service is available, we include the tracking number in your notification email (if you do not receive a tracking number, then tracking service is not available for your package).

You may track your package by clicking the link in the notification email and then entering your Order Number and email address.

I. What if I have not yet received my order but it shows that it has shipped?
Shipping times can vary depending on location and carrier. The carrier will provide a delivery time estimate when tracking your order. If that date has passed or you have any other concerns about your order, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at support@pix2paint.com.

This varies based upon where you live and the shipping method used. Once we ship your order, we will email you a confirmation with a link to the tracking page of the shipper we used to deliver your product. Production and delivery time are 20 business days on average. This means that, in a normal situation, you should receive your order within 20 business days after placement.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 business days of receipt and receive a free replacement of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. For more information see our Terms of Use.

A reproduction is your chance of owning magnificent piece of art at an affordable price. Besides reproductions, our Gallery also consists of unique paintings, which are created by the painters who paint for Pix2Paint.

You can choose your size, your frame and other special options in order to receive your desired piece of art. You can also choose to use the special Pix2Paint Gift Package.

A Hand-painted postcard is a post card which is based upon a digital image you upload via Pix2paint.com. You can also choose a hand painted postcard from the Pix2Paint Art Gallery. Fill in your personal text, which we will put on the back of the postcard before we send it to your friends, family, secret love or business relation. You can also order postcards without any text on the back. We will send it to you in an envelope so you can write and post them yourself.
