Starry Night by Pix2Paint

Starry Night (painted in 1889) is one of van Gogh’s most famous paintings, and shows the view from outside his asylum room in Arles (France). The painting shows a rich combination of a swirling sky, stars, and a bright moon, above the horizon of the village of Saint-Remy in the center. A cypress tree (situated in the left of the painting) follows the curving and swirling lines of the other structure, though its colour and size poses a stark contrast to the rest.
